Our situation was unique in that the buyer for my home could not close until a large developer not only purchased his home, but also purchased approximately 30 of his neighbors homes as well. With my husband and I being from Maryland and looking to relocate to Georgia, Mr. Rayno was very helpful to us in searching for a home. He met us in Rincon and showed us a couple houses and we asked him if there was a possibility for us to see a home that wasn't on our list to see. He was able to make the arrangements and we made an offer that day. He put us in touch with an inspector and the house was inspected two days later. There were some issues and Jeff was able to negotiate with the trustees to have the repairs made. After repairs were made, he met the inspector and our daughter for the final walk thru. With us being out of state, Jeff was able to set up for us to have an electronic settlement two weeks later. After the settlement was complete, he picked up the keys for us and met our daughter to give the house keys to her. He also took the time to send my husband several different links to help with some questions we had about the area and getting services transferred to us.
